This team has been together from 2011 where they started their Sherwood FC journey at U7’s.
From the original team we still have 5 members in our squad.
We have grown into a 16 strong squad entering our 2nd season of 11 a-side football.
Last season we won Sunday Div. 4 scoring over 100 goals in 7 matches, the following half season we finished a respectable 4th in Div. 3.
Our team has a strong bond together having been with each other for so long.
We keep to a squad of 16 to allow plenty of game time for all and an emphasis on enjoyment rather than win at all costs.
